Position Overview

Led global brand and creative vision for NZXT during a period of extreme scaling, partnering closely with Marketing and Product to shape the brand narrative across channels. Directed a multidisciplinary team through concept-to-launch execution while implementing AI-assisted workflows and data-centric processes that expanded capacity and improved creative performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grew and led a 24-person creative organization across Print, B2B, DTC, and Web.
     

  • Established brand storytelling frameworks, product narratives, and launch messaging across global channels.

Oversaw brand development, campaign direction, and cross-channel execution while managing a high-volume pipeline of 60+ product launches annually. Partnered closely with executives, marketing teams, and external partners to deliver culturally resonant work that drove measurable business impact.
